Our Company:
We are a full service carpet cleaning, water and fire restoration company.  Licensed as a general contractor in the state of Montana, we provide our customers with start to finish service.  From the smallest carpet clean to the largest water or fire restoration, our clients have the peace of mind that comes with dealing with a single company.  

Using state-of-the-art equipment and products and as an IICRC certified firm with several IICRC certified technicians, our standard of service and professionalism are unparalleled.

Owner:
Jim Anderson Enterprises Inc., established in 1980, is locally owned and operated by Jim Anderson.  A love of the outdoors brought Jim to Big Sky in 1975 and his background in construction helped him start and build Jim Anderson Enterprises Inc. to what it is today.  As an IICRC Master Restorer and Journeyman Textiles Technician, he leads his fleet of vans and team of highly educated and motivated technicians to provide Big Sky with rapid and caring response.

Operations Manager:
Scott Cattrell is a native of Bozeman, MT.  After serving his country in the Navy for 5 years he returned home with his wife and family.  Scott began with Jim Anderson Enterprises Inc. in 2002.  As an IICRC Journeyman Restorer and Textile Technician he brings passion and dedication to his position.  Customer service is Scott's top priority.

Lead Textiles Technician:
Eric Ferris was born and raised in Choteau, MT.  Currently living in Belgrade, MT with his wife and son he is a valuable member of our team.  His many IICRC certifications in carpet and upholstery cleaning, leather cleaning and conditioning, odor control, and water damage restoration set him apart in our field.  

Office Manager:
Krissanne Cattrell, wife of Scott Cattrell, has been with Jim Anderson Enterprises Inc. since 2005.  She functions as not only the office manager but as a technician certified in upholstery cleaning and water damage restoration.  No matter what question you may have, she can get you the answer. 

Textiles Technicians
Andrew Hunt has been with us for just over a year. 
Born in California, he moved to Montana as a young child and attended Ennis High School.   Andrew's hard work, dedication and great sense of humor has made him a valuable member of our team.

Dustin Shaler has been with us for less than a year and already we know he is a keeper.  His dedication to his job and his team-mates makes him not only a valuable team member but a great friend too.  Born and raised in Michigan, Dustin came to Montana for bigger and better things and we hope he has found it.  

Both textiles technicians are IICRC certified in carpet and upholstery care and cleaning.
